Shipping Policy

We prepare orders on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. We want to get everything to you as fast as possible! If you need to cancel your order, you can email us at hello@simplysage.market, by phone at 717.987.7243 or contact us on Facebook.

If we have not yet shipped your order, we will cancel it and send you a full refund.

If you contact us after your order has shipped, you can refuse the order by labeling it return to sender. When we receive the order back, we will refund you the cost of your order minus shipping costs.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items you chose. We do this

to try to give you the most accurate shipping cost. Rates vary from $5.95 to $12.95.

Return & Exchange Policy

Simply Sage will accept returns and exchanges for products that are

Unopened
Purchased in the last 30 days

We will also make it right if your product is defective in some way.

If you would like to return or exchange a product, please send us details about the issue at hello@simplysage.market. If a product is damaged or defective, please include pictures.
